With a traditional flat roof, ripped or leaking felt is inevitable. Roof Warranty now offer an alterative to this in the form of RubberBond™ FleeceBack™ EPDM Rubber Roofing System.
Guaranteed for 20 years and proven to last up to 50 years the EPDM rubber roofing system has been specifically designed to outlast conventional roofing materials. Its breathable membrane allows vapours to escape from the inside of the roof while repelling moisture from the outside. Flexible in nature, its able to be accurately fitted to the contours of your roof also allowing for any possible movement within the building.
Through patented technology, a non-woven polyester fleece is laminated to the underside of the RubberBond™ EPDM material producing an extremely durable rubber roofing material. RubberBond™ FleeceBack™ is not affected by extremes of temperature nor does it degrade with ultra violet or ozone.
The smooth synthetic rubber finish in natural looking slate grey does not support moss growth or require any ballast or chippings leaving your gutters and down pipes free from blockages, giving you a superior looking flat roof at any time of the year.
